It's February again, time for the City Bakery's annual Hot Chocolate Festival. If you haven't had a chance to sample the *best* hot chocolate in NYC (no seriously, it is) now is the time to check it out. If you don't want to commit to a full cup of rich chocolatey goodness (you may be too full to eat for the rest of the day) then try a "shot" which gives you just a taste. Every day has a different special flavor in addition to their original one.
